Cancellation & refunds
Plans change. Here's exactly what happens when they do, with no small print.
Free cancellation
Cancel any booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up and you get a full refund, including your deposit.
Within 24 hours
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up may be charged one day's rate. Your deposit is still refunded in full.
Deposits
Refundable deposits are returned within three business days of drop-off, provided the vehicle comes back in the same condition, minus any documented damage or outstanding charges such as tolls, tickets or fuel.
Weekly and monthly plans
Recurring plans can be cancelled any time before the next renewal date, and you won't be charged for the following period. There is no long-term contract.
Rideshare reservations
If we're unable to verify your rideshare eligibility, your deposit is refunded in full and no rental charge is made.
If we can't provide your vehicle
If a vehicle becomes unavailable and we cannot offer a replacement, the rental is refunded in full for the affected days.
