Terms of service
These terms govern your use of this website and our rental services. By booking, you agree to them.
Eligibility
Renters must hold a valid driver's license and meet our minimum age and driving-history requirements. Renters on a rideshare plan must show proof of active status on a supported platform.
Bookings and payment
All bookings require a refundable deposit. Rideshare plans charge the deposit at reservation and the rental rate once documents are verified. Recurring plans bill automatically until cancelled.
Use of vehicles
Vehicles may be used only for lawful purposes. Vehicles on a rideshare plan may be used for approved rideshare and delivery platforms, and for personal driving. Subletting and unauthorized drivers are prohibited.
Mileage
Cars, vans and all monthly rentals include unlimited miles. Daily and weekly 26ft box truck rentals include 150 miles for each day of the rental, pooled across the full period rather than capped per day. Miles beyond the total allowance are charged at $0.39 each.
Liability
You are responsible for tolls, tickets, and any damage not covered by the included insurance during your rental period. Full liability terms are set out in the rental agreement signed at pick-up.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active renters.
